The Website provides information about C4K Digital’s website, digital marketing, local search, Google Business Profile, reputation-management, review-growth, and related services.
Using the Website or communicating with us does not by itself create a client relationship or obligate us to provide services.
2. Services and Separate Agreements
Paid services may be governed by a proposal, order form, statement of work, service agreement, or other written agreement.
If a service-specific agreement conflicts with these Terms, the service-specific agreement controls concerning those paid services.
Prices, deliverables, timelines, payment terms, cancellation rights, renewal terms, and refund provisions are those stated in the applicable agreement.
3. No Guaranteed Results
Marketing results depend on factors outside our control, including competition, market conditions, customer behavior, platform policies, search algorithms, business reputation, advertising budgets, and the accuracy of information supplied by clients.
Unless expressly provided in a signed agreement, we do not guarantee:
Search-engine rankings
Google Maps placement
Review volume or ratings
Website traffic
Leads, calls, appointments, or sales
Conversion rates or revenue
Platform or carrier approval
Any particular marketing result
C4K Digital is not Google, Meta, LeadConnector, HighLevel, or any other third-party platform and is not endorsed by or affiliated with those platforms unless expressly stated.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:

Maintain the security of any credentials you provide or use
Obtain all necessary rights, permissions, notices, and consents for information provided to us
